Berkshire Graphix is a small web design company located in Lanesboro, Massachusetts. We specialize in building affordable high quality websites and offer a wide range of services. Every aspect of implementing your website, including the initial setup, site design, content for your site, marketing strategy, site maintenance, and analytic reports can be handled by us. We can work with you to build a website from scratch or to re-design your current website.

How our process works

First, we start with an initial consultation to discuss your website needs and gather information. Next, we will review the information and develop a detailed plan and estimate.  After reviewing the information and accepting the contract, a 50% deposit will be required.  We will then design a website homepage draft for your review.  After approval of the draft we will complete the design of your website. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the site.

To get your website up and running you will need a domain name and hosting for your website.  If you don’t already have a domain name or hosting setup, we will set this up for you or help you with it.

All our websites are individually designed to meet our clients’ needs. Therefore, all web design fees will vary depending on the actual amount of content, graphics, and features included in each website. Please contact us for more information on pricing.

Website Maintenance

Does your website need new content or routine updates? We can make this easy for you or your company with our web maintenance services.  Fresh information should be put into your site to keep it up to date and interesting.  You can do this yourself if you have the resources available in-house, or we would be happy to help.  Having us maintain your website will provide you with the time needed to run your business instead of spending hours trying to learn how to maintain the site yourself.

How it works!
Whenever you want something changed or added to your website just give us a call or email us the details and we’ll take care of the rest.  Updates will usually be completed within 24-48 hours.  If the updates are more extensive we will quote you a time that they will be completed.

Website Maintenance Fees and Packages

Berkshire Graphix offers website maintenance and updating services at an hourly rate of $42/hour.   A minimum maintenance fee of $21 will be applied for any updates that take 1/2 hour or less.  One of our monthly maintenance packages may be more cost-effective if your site will require more frequent updates. Our base monthly package starts at $78 per month with a 12 month contract, prepaid quarterly (7% savings). This includes up to 2 hours of support and maintenance per month (any additional time will be billed quarterly at the regular hourly rate). We also offer 20 hour and 40 hour prepaid plans.  If your website will require more time than any of our maintenance plans then we will work with you to develop a plan to fit your needs.

An online newsletter is a great way to keep in contact with your customers and provide them with valuable information.  Email newsletters can be much more effective then traditional mailings for you and only cost a fraction of the price. We will work with you to gather ideas in order to put together an effective newsletter.  Our newsletter services include the newsletter design, email list set-up, and the ability to send it to an unlimited amount of customers.

How it works!
Berkshire Graphix will set up a customer email list and customize a newsletter for your company.  If you already have a customer email list we can use that, otherwise we can start building one for you.  First, we will allow your customers to subscribe to the newsletter from your website.  At the same time you should also be collecting customer email addresses as often as possible.  Over time this list will grow and you will soon have a useful and effective email list.  A newsletter can be sent as frequently as your needs will require. To maximize your savings we have developed a set of packages to accommodate your needs, but as always we can set up a special package that is crafted just for you.

Website Analytic and Statistic Services

This service provides you with valuable information about your website and its visitors.  Included in our report will be detailed information and statistics covering some of the following data:

• Number of visitors

• Geographic location of visitors

• Length of visit

• WebPages viewed

• Most viewed pages or categories

• New vs. returning visitors

• Keywords being used to find your site

• How visitors access to your site (direct, Google, Yahoo, online directory...)

• And much more…       

All of our analytic reports will come to you in an organized report including charts, graphs, and statistics that will help you easily read and understand the information.  This service can be extremely useful for you and is a very inexpensive way to research where advertising and marketing money should be allocated. 

Newsletter Analytics
This will be included in your analytic report if you have signed up for any of our online newsletter services.  Included in this report will be data on which recipients are opening the email, when they are opening it, what links are being clicked on within the newsletter, a comparison of multiple email campaigns and other useful information.
